Do what you say you're going to do, when you say you're going to do it. This includes being on time for phone calls, appointments, meetings, and promises. If a commitment can't be fulfilled, notify others early and agree on a new deliverable to be honored.

Practice blameless problem solving. Look for solutions, not figuring out who made the mistake.
Team members will go to the source of the problem when a question arises.
Team members should make an effort to be well educated on the topic being discussed (attending webinars, Continuing education courses, etc.).
Communication
Listen generously, listen to understand.
Create clarity and avoid misunderstandings by discussing expectations up front.
Be Objective when dealing with difficult people.
